• Track, Trace and Communication – This provides the user with all events and communication as it relates to a specific order. This module also creates an audit trail of all information.

• Reports – This simple report consists of two sections:
  1. W.I.P – work in progress this section gives the user a global overview of all outstanding shipments and their status.
  2. Closed Files - This section is a record of all shipments delivered and closed off. All shipment information is available on demand.

• Search – This allows a user to search on any shipments entered into its database.
